Electrochemical AM looks promising, but scaling past demo parts usually hits walls on deposition rate and tight process control. What throughput are you hitting today (for example cm3 per hour for dense copper) and how are you qualifying conductivity and porosity lot to lot (inline eddy current vs sectioning)? Also how are you handling electrolyte life and metal recovery at volume, since bath drift and waste disposal can dominate cost per part.
