Useful for breaking agglomerates when you drizzle in a small liquid, but watch the heat and fines; our mud plant saw an 8 - 10°F bulk rise on bentonite with the chopper running steady. Is the chopper on a separate VFD so you can pulse it, and are there options for explosion venting and outboard bearings/seals for abrasive duty?
