Using proven semiconductor processes is great, but the harder lift may be cryo and UHP gas infrastructure once you leave the lab. Is Air Liquide looking to productize standard helium recovery loops and high-purity process gas skids for qubit fabs, with inline particle and moisture monitoring down to ppt levels? From my world, scale happens when the boring stuff is rock solid, valve cycle life, VCR integrity, and fast changeovers.
