The collaboration combines Ketjen’s catalyst expertise and proprietary models with Imubit’s industrial AI software to help refiners improve decision-making in unit operations.

Which FCC or HPC decisions at your site would benefit most from real-time catalyst intelligence (e.g., catalyst management, severity settings, or product slate optimization)?

Real-time catalyst intelligence is only valuable if it closes the loop with APC/MPC - how do your models reconcile recommendations with H2 balance, regenerator temperature/CO constraints, and analyzer bias? We’ve seen trust evaporate when drift and fouling creep in; do you auto re-bias to lab data and push setpoints with guardrails and MOC baked in?
