Everyone talks value chain, but the choke points here are Arctic logistics: power, heat, reagent supply, and tailings behavior in permafrost at -40 C with a short sealift window. Are they planning to process onsite (and manage NORM safely), and can Schneider deliver hardened, air-gapped controls and a microgrid that runs for weeks with no network?
