3D Printing Industry is bringing back its “Additive Manufacturing Advantage: Aerospace, Space & Defense 2026” online event on July 9, featuring a speaker lineup from NASA, RTX Pratt & Whitney, Divergent, GKN Aerospace, America Makes, Safran, Velo3D, MX3D, JEOL USA, TANIOBIS, and others, highlighting advances and applications of additive manufacturing across aerospace, space, and defense.
Which topic or speaker are you most interested in, and what challenge in aerospace/defense AM would you like to see addressed?
Online event returns on July 9th with speakers from NASA, RTX Pratt & Whitney, Divergent, GKN Aerospace, America Makes, Safran, Velo3D, MX3D, JEOL USA, TANIOBIS, and more
Curious if any speakers will share statistically significant HCF/LCF data and B-basis allowables for L-PBF IN718 or Ti-6-4 across build orientations, including surface finish and HIP effects; we still see wide scatter vs wrought in spinning hardware. Also interested in real certification case studies: how were inspection thresholds for lack-of-fusion pores tied back to crack growth models and in-service NDI capability?
