What’s your actual OEE across knit, dye, and automated assembly when lot-to-lot fabric properties swing? Automated sewing struggles with deformables; how are you handling tension control, edge detection, and lint so vision and stitch quality stay in spec? And if this is climate-smart, show the dyehouse heat recovery and wastewater COD/TSS before discharge.
