Did the CSB address MIC in the sprinkler piping and push for changes beyond “more inspections”? In our oxidizer storage we went to double-interlock preaction with nitrogen supervision, added corrosion monitoring spools and hardwired leak sensors that auto-isolate the zone, plus simple drip trays and floor trenching to keep any weeps away from product.
