Key question: what ramp profile and capacity factor are they targeting with Danish wind, and how are they protecting PEM stack life from start‑stop cycling? I’d hard‑interlock on feedwater conductivity, stack dP, and H2/O2 crossover instead of just alarms - one chloride spike and, well, there’s your problem.
