On high-speed food lines, weekly SKU changeovers and film glare are what usually break vision. How are you handling fast model or threshold swaps from the PLC and pushing model health, reject rates, and camera status back to SCADA without a separate island HMI? Also, do you have IP67/IP69K options and lens protection that survive caustic foam washdowns?
