We tried 20 - 30% PCR PP in a tenter BOPP line and ran into neck-in drift, web breaks from gels, and a narrower sealing window due to variable MFR and additive packages sneaking in from mixed streams. What spec are you holding the recycled resin to for isotactic content, ash/gel count, odor, and MFR spread, and have you had to tweak draw ratios or tenter tensions to keep haze and modulus on spec, especially for metallized food-grade film?
