Did any session get into AI-driven reconciliation between Eplan projects and PLC/HMI tag databases (TIA Portal or Studio 5000) to auto-flag I/O mismatches, spares, and terminal block updates before FAT? On legacy packaging lines, that kind of closed-loop sync would cut changeover downtime a lot more than another shiny 3D twin.
Did any talks get into verification for AI-assisted ECAD beyond basic DRC: enforcing creepage/clearance, component derating, harness bend radii, and grounding/bonding rules with audit-ready traceability for DO-160/DO-254? In aircraft we still burn time on EMI and chafing caused by small routing tweaks; I’d like to see ECAD-to-MCAD workflows that predict vibration hot spots and connector fretting before build.
