From the plant side, consolidation could streamline profile approvals and e-Manifest, but it can also mean tighter acceptance windows and more pricing power. Is Veolia adding TSDF or incineration capacity or mainly rerouting volumes, especially for D001/F-listed solvent mixes and PFAS that already back up? Also curious whether this expands regional drum/IBC reconditioning and rinsate handling, which is a chronic bottleneck on our filling lines.

We’ve been fighting month-long profile approvals and incinerator backlogs for sulfidic sludges and spent catalysts on the Gulf Coast; does this add real capacity (kilns, stabilization bays, rail) or just consolidate logos? Also, should we expect changes to RCRA Part B limits, acceptance criteria, or pricing for high-H2S and pyrophoric streams?
