The real impact is if techs leave knowing how to rationalize alarms, stop bypassing safeties, and just interlock it, plus hands-on with PET blow-molders, parison control, hot-runner care, and compressed-air dew point. Will the hub offer vendor-agnostic PLC/HMI troubleshooting and CMMS fundamentals, or is it more leadership-focused?
