NEW YORK, NY – STV today announced that Ray Moore has joined the firm as vice president and East regional aviation director to help scale delivery across a surge of multibillion-dollar airport modernization programs underway across the East Coast, where aging infrastructure and record travel demand are driving unprecedented capital investment.

In this role, Moore will lead STV’s aviation growth strategy across the East, expanding client relationships and scaling program delivery in some of the country’s most capacity-constrained airport markets.

“Airports are being asked to modernize and rebuild critical infrastructure while staying fully operational, often at a scale and speed the industry has never seen before,” said Joe Thompson, senior vice president and national aviation lead at STV. “Ray brings the kind of program leadership that allows owners to move faster, make better investment decisions and deliver complex projects without compromising operations.”

Moore brings more than 30 years of experience leading complex aviation projects in active airport environments, including multibillion-dollar capital programs and major terminal redevelopment. His nationwide experience includes leadership roles on large-scale development projects at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. His work across the New York region includes key redevelopment initiatives at John F. Kennedy International Airport, LaGuardia Airport and Newark Liberty International Airport.

STV has facilitated vital improvements reshaping aviation hubs in some of the nation’s busiest cities, includes program and construction management (PM/CM) at LaGuardia Airport for both Terminal B and Delta Air Lines’ Terminal C, as well as serving as architect- and engineer-of-record, in association with Grimshaw, for Newark Liberty International Airport Terminal A —delivering large-scale improvements while maintaining continuous airport operations. The firm has also supported major aviation improvement programs at Dallas Fort Worth International AirportJohn F. Kennedy International Airport and other key U.S. gateways.
