BASF to sell Softex business to GOVI CAST

BASF has agreed to sell its Softex business to GOVI CAST Sdn. Bhd. via an asset purchase that transfers the customer list and formulation/production know-how, and establishes a tolling/supply agreement to ensure continuity during the transition; physical assets are excluded from the deal.
