Eastman acquires dielectric fluids assets from Arkema

Eastman Chemical has acquired the Jarylec dielectric fluids brand and certain assets from Arkema, including key trademarks, the customer list, technical documentation, and related intellectual property. The assets support dielectric fluids used in high-voltage transformers and other power grid applications.
