On the Gulf Coast, our 2026 quotes show pumps and 316L piping roughly flat vs 2024, but switchgear, MCC buckets, and control hardware are still 20 to 40 percent higher with stubborn lead times, and field labor is up 10 to 15 percent year over year. Do the CEPCI subindices show that skew, or is the recent rise mostly labor and construction services?
