Looks promising, but the ABE route is energy-hungry - what does the LCA look like after separating ~2 wt% butanol from broth, and are you using ISPR (gas stripping/pervaporation) or just big steam bills? Also, how tight is the impurity profile vs petro-butanol for a leave-on product (odor, aldehydes, fusel oils), and can you hold that spec if whisky byproduct quality swings seasonally?
