Curious how the LTA will codify O&M-ready handover: will Fluor standardize asset data (CFIHOS/ISO 15926), tag conventions, and maintenance BOMs so sites can drop into CMMS/EAM on day one? On recent brownfield work, locking this in at FEL-2 cut our commissioning/startup time materially; would be good to see that discipline scaled across Aramco’s portfolio.
