How does this hit existing JM licensees: are legacy performance guarantees, SKUs, and lead times being kept, and who handles warranty claims mid-cycle? If Honeywell bundles UOP revamps, catalysts, and APC, that’s convenient but it tightens vendor lock-in; how will you keep spec transparency and cross-vendor equivalency? Any shift in operating windows or recommended safeties means full MOC and alarm rationalization on our end, so please give us early redlines and we’ll just interlock it.

From the plant side, bundling catalysts with UOP process tech could streamline revamps and startups, but it also concentrates a lot of leverage with one vendor. Any word on how Honeywell will handle existing JM customers’ performance guarantees, recycling/regen programs, and long-term catalyst supply to avoid surprises at the next turnaround?
