ISG Strengthens Arkansas Water Resources Team with Two Strategic Hires

Rogers, Arkansas — ISG has expanded its Arkansas water resources and environmental services team with the addition of water resources engineer Kelsey Criswell, PE, and senior environmental scientist Eric Fuselier, PWS, ENV SP.

Together, they strengthen ISG’s ability to help clients address complex water, watershed, and environmental challenges across the region.

Kelsey has over 10 years of experience helping landowners, agencies, and stakeholders address complex water quality, flooding, and watershed management challenges. Her work includes watershed planning, hydrologic and hydraulic (H+H) modeling, stormwater management, water quality analysis, and irrigation engineering. She has contributed to major statewide and regional initiatives, including the Arkansas State Water Plan update, watershed management plans for the Upper White and Illinois River watersheds, and the Arkansas Flood Plan.

Eric’s 13-year career has been focused in nature-based solutions, climate resilience, and environmental compliance. He supports projects involving wetlands, streams, stormwater systems, and other environmentally sensitive resources, helping clients balance project goals with environmental stewardship. He has extensive experience in climate action planning, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), ecological restoration, and regulatory compliance. His project experience includes serving as project manager and technical lead for the City of Fayetteville’s Climate Action Plan and the Northwest Arkansas Energy & Environment Innovation Plan, two award-winning initiatives that have advanced sustainability efforts across the region.
