Curious what tipped the move to Hanko: port access, proximity to pulp byproducts, or easier utilities tie-ins? We lost 9 months on a site change once just redoing baseline air/noise/ecology for permitting, so I hope you’re on an existing industrial plot. Also, are you planning to leverage existing wastewater capacity for high COD/BOD from bio streams, and have you sized the extra heat tracing and insulation for that climate?

Moving to Hanko makes sense if they’re chasing port access and faster permits, but bio-based lines can be rough on utilities - what’s the plan for high-COD effluent, odor control, and winterization in that climate? Also, please tell me off-gas scrubbing and wastewater routing are interlocked to loading/fermentation operations so we’re not chasing 2 a.m. alarms.
