Moving to Hanko makes sense if they’re chasing port access and faster permits, but bio-based lines can be rough on utilities - what’s the plan for high-COD effluent, odor control, and winterization in that climate? Also, please tell me off-gas scrubbing and wastewater routing are interlocked to loading/fermentation operations so we’re not chasing 2 a.m. alarms.
