Consolidation is fine until the niche blends disappear and service gets centralized. For Gulf Coast refineries, will Kemira keep Clear Water’s on-site jar testing and custom polymer programs with local techs, or are we headed for standardized SKUs and cloud-tethered dosing skids we can’t plug into our air-gapped systems?
