If we retrofit an XPS line, what’s the target moisture (<250 ppm), barrel/die temp window, and compatible blowing agents (CO2/isobutane ratios) for FOAM 50F to avoid die‑lip buildup and melt instability? Also need cold‑chain data: compressive strength and creep at 4 °C and −18 °C after 24 h water/grease exposure, plus dimensional stability at 95% RH - otherwise those meat trays will taco.

XPS’s draw for meat trays is stiffness, insulation, and low water uptake; do you have numbers for R-value per inch, compressive strength, and moisture absorption for Luminy FOAM 50F, and is it ASTM D6400 or EN 13432 certified for industrial composting? Also curious about heat performance under heat lamps or hot-fill given PLA’s Tg near 60 C. End of life matters too because in Charlotte industrial composting access is limited.
