In harsh, wet H2S environments the weak link I keep seeing is gearbox breathers and seals; once they clog you get pressure spikes and early seal failure. Do your wastewater packages include remote desiccant or pressure compensating breathers and taconite or Viton sealing as standard, and any guidance on VFD ramp and torque limits for clarifier rake starts to cut shock loading?
