Scaling ethanol/biodiesel in VN, the pain points aren’t the MoU, it’s feedstock variability and utilities: cassava/molasses gum up heat exchangers and columns, UCO swings wreck transesterification, and high wet-bulb hammers your cooling water. Bake in rock traps and magnets, CIP-friendly exchangers, methanol recovery, and hard interlocks on enzyme temp and pH and on glycerin spec, otherwise your alarm log becomes the bottleneck.
