The big lift will be consistent diaphragm/separator quality and nickel coating uniformity, which tend to be the yield limiters in AWE stack assembly. Is the plan to localize those materials in India, and how are they balancing 100% end-of-line leak/polarization testing with takt time targets?

Alkaline is a solid choice on cost, but the real fight is water and heat. Our Gulf Coast pilots derated above 40°C and we fought KOH carryover and scale until we overbuilt pretreatment and cooling. Is BHEL localizing the balance-of-plant and spares, and how will they handle cycling if the power is from variable renewables?
