Curious whether this line will be wet process PP/PE or dry stretched UHMWPE, since that drives everything from VOC abatement to solvent heat recovery and uptime risk. On the separator jobs I’ve touched, a 2 second power blip trashes thousands of meters of web, so if Sakai’s grid isn’t rock solid, build in flywheel/UPS for drives and tight web tension fail-safes. Also, is there in-house ceramic coating, or will you ship base film out and eat extra handling defects?
