Ware Malcomb Names Kevin Fawcett Director, Architecture in Phoenix Office

PHOENIX – Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, today announced Kevin Fawcett has joined the firm as Director, Architecture based in the company’s Phoenix office. In this new role, he is responsible for the leadership, overall growth and management of the architecture studios in the office.

Fawcett brings over 30 years of experience in the Arizona market to the Ware Malcomb team, and a track record for bringing clarity to complex challenges. He is known for building high-performing teams, aligning design vision with client and business goals, while fostering a strong culture of mentorship, collaboration and accountability.

Prior to joining Ware Malcomb, Fawcett served for over 12 years at a respected mid-size firm, where he advanced through the roles of Studio Director and Partner, before being named CEO. A licensed Architect in Arizona, California and Texas, his portfolio spans a diverse range of building types, including large-scale projects within the industrial, institutional, healthcare, and retail sectors.

Fawcett earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Architecture degrees from Arizona State University. He is accredited by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
