What impact do you think elevating project managers’ roles beyond risk mitigation will have on client outcomes in prefabricated construction?

Wells, a leader in prefabricated building solutions across the United States, announces the promotion of Nathan (Nate) Roscovius to Director of Project Management.

ALBANY, Minn. — In this role, Roscovius will lead Wells’ Project Management team in the Midwest region, strengthen cross-department collaboration, and work with regional project management leadership to form best practices for the organization at large.

Roscovius brings nearly two decades of construction industry experience to his new role, supported by a diverse background in residential construction, architectural technologies, drafting, and project leadership. During his tenure, he progressed from Drafter to Drafting Manager and most recently served as Senior Project Manager. Prior to joining Wells, Roscovius worked as a drafter at StudioM Architects and ERA, where he supported precast tracking and coordination. He holds a degree in Architectural Technologies from Western Technical College in La Crosse, Wisconsin.

“In stepping into this role, I’m most excited about continuing to build strong relationships — both within Wells and with our clients,” said Roscovius. “I’m passionate about creating an environment where our project managers can grow, collaborate, and do their best work while delivering exceptional client experiences.”

As Director of Project Management, Roscovius will focus on process improvement, technology adoption, and team development, while expanding project managers’ roles beyond risk mitigation to deliver greater value to clients and partners. Known for his problem-solving mindset and customer-first approach, Roscovius has earned a reputation for fairness, collaboration, and excellence.

“Nate’s leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to our clients make him the ideal choice for this role,” said Jon Feist, Vice President of Engineering at Wells. “He has a rare ability to connect people, processes, and projects, and I am confident in his ability to lead our team forward with clarity and confidence.”
