Is this a segregated renewable stream or mass-balance (ISCC PLUS)? On the floor, ppm-level moisture or oxygenates can drift RV and plug spin packs - what inbound specs, online analyzers, and interlocks are you putting on monomer purity/amine ends and spin-pack ΔP to keep polymerization and spinning stable?

Is the renewable nylon truly drop-in at the spinner/extruder - same moisture uptake and melt profile - or should processors expect tweaks to drying temps and residence time? Also, what chain-of-custody is used (ISCC Plus mass balance vs. segregated) so downstream buyers can document renewable content cleanly during specs and audits?

Is this via mass-balance accounting at the cracker (ISCC+) or truly segregated renewable caprolactam/adipic acid all the way to the spinneret? For engineers speccing parts, do you have data showing the same moisture uptake, creep, abrasion, and hydrocarbon resistance as standard PA6/PA66, and can it run as a drop-in on existing molding/extrusion temps?
