Fermentation lives and dies on contamination control and oxygen transfer. Did they tie CIP/SIP and aeration into the Ludwigshafen steam and O2 networks, and what’s the plan for spent broth and off-gas handling, e.g., CHP or biofilters, to keep uptime and odors in check?
