Continuous bio-based aniline sounds promising, but the real battle is feed variability and holding polymer-grade specs steady for MDI units. If this is fermentation-based, how are you handling amine compatibility in continuous pumps and seals (NBR swells; PTFE/FFKM hold up) and phase separation/solvent carryover? A buffer with inline UV-Vis/NIR could smooth swings, but that’s nontrivial at scale.
