Scale helps, but for us the bottleneck has been ocean lead time and IMDG/DOT limits on pMDI, not nameplate capacity. Will Covestro pair the Shanghai train with ISCC+ low-carbon grades and regional buffer inventory in North America to keep NCO spec and moisture tight for adhesive prepolymers?
