Curious what your feed spec looks like: how much PVC/PLA, dyes, and multilayer barrier can you tolerate before yields or catalyst life tank? On the maintenance side, how are you handling adhesive/label gunk and fines - inline melt filters and decanters, or scheduled reactor cleanouts - and what OEE are you targeting once the alarms settle down?

From our trials with PET depoly at pilot scale, the pain point wasn’t the chemistry but front-end prep: removing label adhesives, multilayer films, and PVC fines to keep OPEX in check. What contamination levels can your process tolerate for common PSA adhesives and non-PET polymers, and what purity specs are you hitting on TPA/EG to enable bottle-grade re-poly?
