Deep eutectic solvent leaching looks great until humidity spikes and the water pickup and chlorides start eating 316 and wrecking kinetics. What are you specifying for wetted materials (Hastelloy or duplex), and what interlocks or inline sensors (water activity, redox, density) are you using to auto-divert off-spec solvent and keep PCB fines from blinding filters after 100+ hours - just interlock it.
