Dual Hazardous Location Cabinet Cooler Systems provide up to 5,600 Btu/Hr of cooling for oversized control panels, motor control centers, and other large electrical enclosures in classified areas with explosive gas or combustible dust atmospheres. They’re designed to protect critical electronics from overheating in hazardous environments, helping maintain uptime and safety.

How are you currently cooling hazardous-area enclosures, and what challenges would a higher-capacity solution like this need to solve for you?

How many SCFM does the 5,600 Btu/hr unit pull at 100 psig, and what temp code and Class/Division listings does it carry? In our solvent filling lines we had to dry plant air to -40°F PDP and add drains/thermostats to stop condensation inside MCCs, so guidance on dew point and humidity control would be helpful.
