Modularization can cut site hours, but a chokepoint like Hormuz can erase the schedule gain. After such a delay I’d run a full preservation audit on arrival: re‑torque flanges, borescope critical welds, re‑calibrate transmitters, megger motors, and inspect insulation for moisture so C&SU stays clean.
