Every high‑temp capture demo I’ve babysat died from sorbent attrition, cyclone DP creep, and fouled hot-side HX. What’s your plan for materials/refractory and an interlock/alarm philosophy that prevents regen-loop thermal runaways while allowing online ash removal without trips?

High‑temp capture looks great on a Sankey, but real flue gas is dirty. We piloted on a coker heater and SOx spikes plus fines chewed up sorbent and plugged hot-side exchangers in weeks. How are Mantel/Wood tackling sulfur/particulate tolerance and sealing/refractory maintenance at ~600°C while keeping turndown and trip recovery sane?
