Asset sales are fine, but who now owns uptime risk and the spares locker for stack swaps, dryers, and compressors? If Stream is taking O&M, show the revised SLA, stack replacement cadence, and penalty structure when a skid is down for 36 to 48 hours. Also curious how Graham handles water sourcing and site power while “reducing maintenance expenses” without cratering reliability.
