30 MW on a salty coast will live or die on water and cycling: what capacity factor did you assume at FID, and where are the hard trips on feedwater conductivity (<0.1 µS/cm) and H2 dryer dew point? If you’re buffering with storage or a pipeline, how are you handling O2 breakthrough specs and compressor trips - just interlock it.
