Resonac Corp. will start producing high-purity hydrogen fluoride (HF) gas at its Tokuyama Plant in Yamaguchi by 2026, complementing existing output at Kawasaki to establish a two-site production system in Japan. The expansion strengthens domestic supply of HF used in semiconductor manufacturing.
