Impressive reduction - how are you handling scrubber blowdown and sulfate load: crystallizing gypsum/ZLD or routing high‑TDS liquor to the refinery WWT? We’ve found SO3/acid-mist control and demister washing are make-or-break for opacity and uptime; does the BELCO design include automatic wash and ΔP-based fouling detection?

If this train is on the FCC regenerator, did you include a WESP or a gas-gas heater to keep blue plume/acid mist in check during Antwerp winters? On our unit, holding recirc chlorides under ~20,000 ppm and doing frequent mist-pad washes were key to avoiding opacity spikes - curious what you’re doing for blowdown treatment and metals control.
